Digital Products
Beautifully Overwhelmed offers digital products, including printable materials, planners, worksheets, journals, templates, guides, organizational resources, and other downloadable content.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, except where required by applicable law.
Please review the product description and included materials carefully before completing your purchase.
Problems With Your Download
If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, receive an incorrect file, discover that a file is corrupted, or are unable to access your download, please contact Beautifully Overwhelmed.
We want you to receive the product you purchased and will make reasonable efforts to correct legitimate delivery or file-related problems, including providing a replacement file when appropriate.
Duplicate or Accidental Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or there was an error in payment processing, please contact us so the transaction can be reviewed.
Approved refunds for duplicate charges, processing errors, or other qualifying circumstances will be returned through the original payment method when possible and may be subject to the processing time of the applicable payment provider.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of downloadable products, refunds generally will not be provided because a customer changed their mind, no longer needs the product, does not use the product, or expected features that were not included in the product description.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
