Hey, I'm Tera! ♡
The woman behind Beautifully Overwhelmed, professional overthinker, coffee enthusiast, wife, mama, soon-to-be Nana, and someone who's still figuring out this beautifully messy thing called life.
I created this little corner of the internet for the women who carry too much, feel everything deeply, laugh at inappropriate moments, and somehow keep showing up even when life gets ridiculous.
I'm not here to pretend I've got it all together. I'm here to share the stories, lessons, laughter, heartbreak, healing, and occasional “ARE YOU KIDDING ME?” moments along the way.
Because sometimes the most beautiful things grow right in the middle of the chaos. ♡
How Beautifully Overwhelmed Began ♡
Somewhere between being a wife, a mama, a professional overthinker, and the person who always seems to have everything handled, I realized something.
I was showing up for everybody else while slowly forgetting to show up for myself.
Life wasn't always pretty. There were responsibilities, heartbreaks, hard lessons, laughter at wildly inappropriate times, and more than a few moments when I wondered, “Are you actually kidding me right now?”
And somewhere in the middle of all that beautiful chaos, an idea started growing.
What if there was a place where women didn't have to pretend?
Where we could laugh about the ridiculous stuff, talk about the painful stuff, celebrate the little victories, and admit that sometimes we're just making it up as we go?
That's how Beautifully Overwhelmed came to life.
Not because I have all the answers. Lord knows I don't. 😂
But because I believe there's something powerful about telling the truth, finding humor in the mess, and reminding another woman that she's not the only one figuring it out.

My People, My Heart ♡
I'm a wife, a mama to three beautiful girls, and a soon-to-be Nana to one very loved little boy. My family is my heart, even when life gets loud, messy, and downright exhausting.
Love isn't always picture-perfect, but it's the people, memories, and little moments that make this beautifully chaotic life worth living. ♡
Books, Coffee & Fictional Obsessions ☕
Give me a strong cup of coffee, a dark romance novel, and a fictional man with questionable morals, and I'm perfectly happy.
I'm a sucker for paranormal romance, The Vampire Diaries, Gilmore Girls, Practical Magic, and anything with a little mystery, magic, or deliciously complicated chaos.
Reality is great and all, but sometimes fictional worlds just understand me better. 😂♡
Paws, Sass & Beautiful Chaos 🐾
I'm an animal-loving, craft-making, big-dreaming woman with a sarcastic mouth and a heart that's usually ten sizes too big.
My dogs are family, creativity is my escape, and humor is how I survive the days that make me question everybody's common sense.
I'm not trying to build a perfect life. I'm building one that feels like mine—one beautifully overwhelmed adventure at a time. ♡
